DialProof is a product of Trinitas Industria Corp ("we," "us"), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through the dialproof.ai website and how we handle it. It covers this website only; when the DialProof service launches, use of the service will be governed by a separate agreement and privacy terms.
What we collect
- Nothing you don't send us. This site has no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and sets no tracking cookies of its own.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these only to operate and secure the site.
- Email. If you contact us (for example, to request a pilot), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, evaluate pilot requests, and keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers), and no one else, unless we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records obligations, then delete it. Hosting logs are retained on our provider's standard rotation.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and, where applicable, other privacy laws that apply to you.
International transfer
This site is hosted on infrastructure located in the United States. By using it, you understand that your requests are processed there.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service page and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how we handle already-collected information will be flagged prominently.
